1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vision website at myvisionweave.com and any products or services offered there ("Vision", "we", "us"). By using Vision or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not use Vision for anything illegal or in a way that harms other users.

3. Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example if we suspect fraud or a pricing error). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

4. Framed prints

Framed prints are made to order and produced and shipped by our print partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days and shipping 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

5. Membership

Membership grants access to member benefits (such as the 20% print discount) for the term stated at checkout. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the words, photos, and vision boards you create in Vision. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and print them solely to provide the service to you (for example, printing your board on a framed poster). We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

7. Our content

The Vision brand, website, coaching prompts, and template artwork are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

8. Acceptable use

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that depicts sexual content involving minors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

9. Disclaimers

Vision is a personal-growth product. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Vision is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Vision after changes means you accept them.
