Refund & shipping policy

Framed prints

Every framed print is made to order from your unique vision board, so we can't accept "changed my mind" returns. We stand behind the quality of every piece.

Production: 2–5 business days.
Shipping: 3–7 business days within the US; longer for international.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your print ships. You can also check the status at any time on your Orders page.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong image or frame, email support@myvisionweave.com within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a clear photo of the issue. We'll replace it at no cost to you.

Lost in transit

If tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days after it should have arrived, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier and reprint or refund your order.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address only if the print hasn't entered production yet — email us as soon as possible. Orders returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at cost.

Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your paid term.
