What we collect

• Account: your name, email address, and password hash.
• Vision content: the answers, photos, and vision boards you create.
• Purchases: what you bought, shipping address, and order status. Payment card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and basic usage events, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
• Communications: emails you send us and support conversations.

How we use it

• To run your account and the coached vision journey.
• To produce and ship your framed prints.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, shipping updates, password resets).
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with vendors that help us run Vision:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Printful — print production and shipping.
• Lovable — hosting, database, and transactional email delivery.
• Law enforcement — only when legally required.

Your content stays yours

Your vision boards, standards, and commitments belong to you. We use them only to provide the service (for example, printing your board). We do not use your content to train AI models or to advertise.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by emailing support@myvisionweave.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA, including the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is open, and order records for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. When you delete your account, we delete your vision content within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies only for essential things like keeping you signed in and preventing fraud. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

Vision is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date above and, when appropriate, notify you by email.
